Are you struggling with emotional and mental challenges like anxiety, depression, addictions, insomnia, ADHD, trauma or relationship difficulties? I have over 20 years' experience in providing counselling to people facing these challenges from various backgrounds and from ages 10 to seniors.
I specialize in various counselling techniques and use a holistic approach to support clients with a range of concerns. I provide a safe and confidential space and use a non-judgemental process and provide practical strategies to heal chronic conditions.

I provide individual, couples and family therapy and understand cultural and social influences on relationships and personal functioning.
I continue to learn and expand my skills by researching and training in the latest mental health modalities.

I also offer mindfulness workshops to organizations and corporations.

I am a registered Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work from the University Of British Columbia, My training in Gottmans Couples Therapy, Sandtray therapy, Cognitive Behaviour, Dialectical Behaviour therapies (CBT) (DBT) and somatic work has helped clients improve their relationships, ease their anxiety so they can focus better in school and at work. I use somatic work to help people shift from their trauma response to feeling stronger and whole. I have been a practitioner of yoga and mindfulness for 40 years and incorporate these practices into my work in a safe and comfortable way with clients.
