Is an initial consultation free of charge?
Yes. There is no charge clients for initial consultations. Initial consultations are typically 15 minutes which helps provide a better understanding of how to best support your needs.
What are your rates?
Rates are $160 for 50 minute individual sessions, $185 for couples and $200 for family sessions. Your insurance plan may provide coverage so check with your Insurance provider. I am also a provider for CVAP and FNHA. For financial hardship, limited spots are available at a reduced rate.
What are your areas of speciality?
I am trained in assisting clients dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, addictions, burnout, trauma and much more.
What ages do you work with?
I work with children from 10 years old to teenagers, adults and seniors.
Do you offer counselling in other languages?
I speak Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi and English fluently. I have a good understanding of Asian cultures and perspectives, and the impact of immigration to Canada.
