Why sleep is so important

Constant stress is a major risk factor for depression and anxiety.


Studies have found that better sleep quality was associated with fewer symptoms of both depression and anxiety.

Find ways to calm yourself prior to sleep by creating a nighttime routine. This can include drinking warm water, meditating or listening to calming music.
