How physical activity shapes our mental well being

Physical activity promotes the release of endorphins and other neurotransmitters that elevate mood and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. Engaging in regular exercise can improve self-esteem, boost cognitive function, and enhance overall emotional resilience. It also provides a healthy outlet for managing negative emotions.
